Barbara Morris-Blake is a certified professional coach and holds an MBA in leadership. She has been dedicated to coaching, leadership advisory, and team development. Her journey began as a passionate advocate for talent, leadership development, and organizational impact.
Throughout her career
Barbara has been recognized for her exceptional ability to listen, engage, and motivate individuals across various organizational levels from young professionals to C-suite executives.
Her unique approach to coaching is rooted in her deep understanding of cognitive behavioral therapy, psychometric tools, mindfulness practices, neuroscience, and strategic problem-solving methodologies.

Barbara moved from Toronto to Austin in 2015, gaining an understanding of the cultural and professional nuances of both regions. Her personal experiences combined with her professional achievements, make her a sought-after coach and speaker, on topics related to leadership success in today's dynamic world.
Passionate about community
Her dedication to leadership extends beyond her professional life, Barbara generously volunteers her time to her community and is a mentor for the Dream Come True Foundation. In 2023, Barbara recently followed her heart to Colorado, where she discovered her love for hiking with her husband and two incredibly spoiled dogs.
